1. Introduction

Welcome to Artin3D.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and 3D printing services in Bangladesh. By placing an order, uploading files, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Artin3D provides:

• Custom 3D printing
• Prototype production
• Functional parts printing
• Design-based manufacturing services

We reserve the right to refuse service for any file or project that violates Bangladeshi law.

3. Orders & Quotations

• All quotations are valid for [X] days unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation.
• Production begins after file approval and payment verification.

We may cancel an order if:

• The file is corrupted or non-printable
• The file contains illegal content
• Payment is not completed

4. Intellectual Property & Uploaded Files

When you upload a file:

• You confirm that you own the design or have legal permission to print it.
• You are responsible for any copyright, patent, or trademark violations.
• Artin3D is not liable for IP infringement claims arising from customer-submitted files.

We do not claim ownership of your design files.

Files are used strictly for production purposes unless written permission is provided.

5. Prohibited Content

We do not print or manufacture:

• Weapons or weapon components
• Illegal or controlled items
• Obscene or unlawful content
• Items violating Bangladeshi regulations

Orders violating applicable laws may be reported to authorities if required under the Digital Security Act 2018 or other laws.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, etc.)
• Bank transfer
• Online payment gateways

Full payment must be made before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Production Tolerance & Quality

Due to the nature of 3D printing:

• Minor surface marks or layer lines are normal.
• Dimensional tolerance may vary (±0.2–0.5 mm depending on material).
• Color shades may slightly differ from images.

By placing an order, you acknowledge these manufacturing characteristics.

8. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery time estimates are approximate.
• Delays due to courier services, natural disasters, or technical issues are not our liability.
• Risk transfers to the customer once the item is handed to the courier.

9. Returns & Refunds

Because most products are custom-made:

• Custom printed items are non-refundable unless defective.
• Refunds may be provided if:
  

  • The product is significantly different from approved design

  • The item arrives damaged (must report within 48 hours)

Refund decisions comply with the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.

10. Limitation of Liability

Artin3D shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business losses
• Misuse of printed parts
• Structural failure due to improper application

Printed parts are not certified for safety-critical, medical, or load-bearing applications unless explicitly stated.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Hack or attempt unauthorized access
• Spread malware
• Use automated scraping tools
• Misuse the website for fraudulent purposes

Violations may result in legal action under applicable ICT and cybersecurity laws in Bangladesh.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Political unrest
• Internet or power disruptions

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

15. Amendments

Artin3D reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
