পুরোনো Filament-এর লক্ষণ
Brittle filament, print-এর সময় popping sound, excessive stringing, rough surface বা inconsistent extrusion moisture/degradation-এর ইঙ্গিত হতে পারে। তবে সব symptom-এর কারণ filament নয়; nozzle বা settings-ও দায়ী হতে পারে।
পুরোনো Filament কি Dry করা যায়?
অনেক hygroscopic filament proper temperature ও time-এ drying করলে recover করতে পারে। কিন্তু manufacturer recommendation অনুসরণ করা জরুরি; অতিরিক্ত heat spool বা filament deform করতে পারে।
ব্যবহারের আগে Test
- Filament অস্বাভাবিক brittle কি না দেখুন
- Small calibration print করুন
- Extrusion consistent কি না দেখুন
- Critical client part-এর আগে quality verify করুন
Storage Rule
Sealed bag/container, desiccant এবং dry environment filament life বাড়াতে সাহায্য করে। Bangladesh-এর humid climate-এ open spool দীর্ঘ সময় exposed না রাখাই ভালো।
