Camera Opening
Lens centerline, field of view এবং sensor orientation খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। Housing যেন image-এর edge block না করে। Lens adjust করতে হলে finger/tool access রাখুন।
PCB ও Connector Fit
USB, Ethernet, power, antenna ও ribbon cable-এর জন্য actual plug clearance design করুন। Board standoff-এর height এমন রাখুন যাতে underside solder joint body touch না করে।
Cooling ও Ventilation
Camera processor, SBC বা wireless module heat generate করলে vent, heatsink clearance বা fan position দরকার হতে পারে। Outdoor housing হলে airflow ও weather protection balance করতে হবে।
Mounting Strategy
Wall mount, tripod thread, pole clamp, magnetic mount বা custom machine bracket—device কোথায় বসবে আগে ঠিক করুন। Mounting load enclosure wall-এ কীভাবে transfer হবে তা বিবেচনা করুন।
Prototype Advantage
Lens position, connector opening বা internal clearance ভুল হলে CAD revise করে দ্রুত নতুন version print করা যায়। Injection molding বা machining-এর আগে form-fit-function validate করা যায়।
