Material Selection
Rigid bracket-এর জন্য PLA/PETG useful; crash-prone bumper বা flexible mount-এর জন্য TPU consider করা যায়। Heat বা outdoor exposure থাকলে material requirement আলাদা হতে পারে।
Load Path বুঝুন
Steering, suspension বা drivetrain-এর critical high-load part print করার আগে strength, layer orientation ও safety margin test করুন। Cosmetic বা mounting accessories দিয়ে শুরু করা সবচেয়ে practical।
Electronics Organization
Custom electronics tray দিয়ে receiver, ESC, switch এবং wiring neat রাখা যায়। Battery holder design করার সময় battery dimension, strap access ও ventilation বিবেচনা করুন।
Prototype Faster
New body shell, camera mount বা sensor setup test করতে custom bracket কয়েক ঘণ্টায় print করা যায়। এতে drilling বা permanent modification করার আগে fit verify করা সম্ভব।

- Actual chassis measure করুন
- Screw size ও hole spacing verify করুন
- Moving suspension clearance রাখুন
- Wheel travel check করুন
- Battery removal path রাখুন
- Impact direction বিবেচনা করুন
