Chassis Project দিয়ে শুরু করুন
Beginner-এর জন্য two-wheel বা four-wheel robot chassis ভালো project। Motor hole spacing, battery position, caster clearance এবং electronics mounting practicalভাবে শেখা যায়।
Robotic Gripper
Servo-driven gripper design করলে linkage, pivot, clearance এবং gripping force বোঝা যায়। Finger geometry different object-এর জন্য test করা যেতে পারে।
Sensor Mount Project
Ultrasonic, LiDAR, IR বা camera sensor-এর জন্য adjustable mount বানানো যায়। Sensor angle change করতে slotted hole বা hinge mechanism design করা useful।
Mini Robot Arm
Multiple servo, joint, link এবং base combine করে robotic arm project করা যায়। Printed link-এর stiffness, servo torque এবং joint play carefully test করতে হবে।

- Servo/motor-এর actual size measure করুন
- Screw clearance রাখুন
- Wire path আগে plan করুন
- Moving joint-এর gap test করুন
- Heavy battery নিচে রাখুন
- Load direction অনুযায়ী print orientation নিন
Material Selection
PLA prototype ও educational robot-এর জন্য easy choice। PETG stronger body/bracket-এর জন্য useful, আর TPU wheel tread, bumper বা vibration mount-এর জন্য practical।

Student Team-এর জন্য Tip
CAD, electronics, programming এবং testing আলাদা member-এর মধ্যে ভাগ করুন, কিন্তু final mechanical interface সবাই একই dimension sheet থেকে follow করুন। এতে assembly mismatch কমে।
